Research Use Only (RUO) Policy

All products available through TechnoLabX Research are supplied strictly for lawful research, laboratory, analytical, and reference purposes. The Research Use Only designation means products are not offered, labeled, marketed, or supplied for human or animal use.

• Products are intended for in-vitro laboratory research and analysis.
• Products may be used for scientific investigation, academic study, or quality reference applications where lawful.
• Products are not intended for personal, clinical, therapeutic, diagnostic, veterinary, or consumption-related purposes.
• Customers are responsible for ensuring that their intended use complies with applicable laws, rules, and institutional requirements.

TechnoLabX Research products may only be used in appropriate research or laboratory settings by qualified individuals or organizations capable of handling research-grade materials responsibly.

• Laboratory research and analytical reference work.
• Scientific investigation and controlled research environments.
• Academic, institutional, or qualified private research contexts where lawful.
• Quality review, reference comparison, or documentation-supported research applications.

Customers agree that products must not be used outside legitimate research or laboratory contexts. Any use inconsistent with Research Use Only requirements is strictly prohibited.

• No human consumption, administration, injection, ingestion, inhalation, topical use, or application of any kind.
• No animal consumption, veterinary use, animal administration, or animal testing outside lawful and authorized research contexts.
• No diagnostic, therapeutic, clinical, disease-related, or medical application.
• No bodybuilding, athletic, anti-aging, weight-loss, cosmetic, performance, or wellness-related use or claims.
• No resale, redistribution, or repackaging that misrepresents the product’s research-only purpose.

By placing an order, customers represent that they are qualified to purchase, receive, handle, store, and use research-grade materials for lawful research or laboratory reference purposes.

• Purchasers must be at least 21 years of age.
• Purchasers must be capable of handling research-grade materials responsibly.
• Purchasers must comply with all applicable local, state, federal, and institutional requirements.
• Purchasers must not order products for personal consumption, human use, clinical use, or veterinary use.
• TechnoLabX Research may refuse, cancel, or refund orders that appear inconsistent with RUO requirements.

Customers assume full responsibility for determining whether purchase, possession, storage, handling, and use of any product is lawful in their jurisdiction and appropriate for their research environment.

• You are responsible for understanding applicable laws and regulations before ordering.
• You are responsible for verifying that your research environment is appropriate for the materials ordered.
• You are responsible for preventing unauthorized access, misuse, or transfer of products after delivery.
• You are responsible for safe storage, labeling, handling, and disposal according to applicable standards.
• You agree not to use products in any way that conflicts with this RUO Policy or other TechnoLabX Research policies.

COAs, product descriptions, batch references, images, and related documentation are provided to support product identification, research reference, and product review before ordering.

• Documentation is provided for reference and product review purposes only.
• COA availability may vary by product, batch, inventory status, or supplier record.
• Documentation does not change the intended-use status of any product.
• Product information should not be interpreted as dosage guidance, clinical guidance, medical advice, or instructions for use in humans or animals.
• Customers should review available documentation before ordering when documentation is important to their research process.

Research-use materials require careful handling by qualified individuals using appropriate laboratory procedures. Customers are solely responsible for safe and lawful handling after delivery.

• Use appropriate laboratory protective equipment and safety procedures.
• Store products according to research handling standards and available product documentation.
• Restrict product access to qualified personnel only.
• Maintain proper labeling, inventory control, and storage security.
• Dispose of materials according to applicable laboratory, environmental, and institutional requirements.

TechnoLabX Research reserves the right to review, hold, refuse, cancel, or refund any order that appears inconsistent with Research Use Only requirements, store policies, or responsible fulfillment practices.

• Orders may be reviewed for incomplete account, billing, product, or shipping information.
• Orders may be declined if misuse, prohibited intent, unauthorized resale, or non-research intent is suspected.
• Support may request clarification before processing an order.
• Policy violations may result in order cancellation, account restrictions, refusal of service, or other appropriate action.

TechnoLabX Research does not provide medical advice, healthcare guidance, treatment claims, dosage recommendations, preparation instructions, administration instructions, or usage protocols for human or animal application.

• Product descriptions are not medical or clinical instructions.
• COAs and documentation are not dosage or administration guides.
• Support cannot provide advice about consumption, treatment, therapeutic outcomes, or personal use.
• Customers should not interpret product information as approval for use outside lawful research contexts.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, TechnoLabX Research is not responsible for damages, injuries, losses, claims, or consequences arising from misuse, improper handling, unlawful possession, prohibited conduct, or failure to follow applicable research and safety requirements.

• Customers are responsible for compliance with laws and institutional requirements.
• Misuse of products may create health, safety, legal, or regulatory risks.
• Violations of this policy may result in refusal of service, account restrictions, or order cancellation.

TechnoLabX Research may update this Research Use Only Policy at any time. Changes will be published on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the website after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
